About
ClaimMend Software is a product from Network Specs in Lacey and Olympia, Washington — 15+ years inside dental offices on Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Dexis, and the integrations vendors treat as simple.
The PMS and the imaging system were fine. The denial still arrived as a PDF or a windowed envelope, and someone had to hunt the x-ray, rewrite the narrative, and rebuild the claim in Vyne.
ClaimMend is that hunt, on the office PC: read the letter, name the problem, find the image or the code fix, export a package. Staff still submit. That is intentional in Phase 1.
Chiropractic (including ChiroTouch) and small medical offices are planned after dental — not a self-serve download for those specialties either.

Setup recommends a dedicated read-only user so the assistant is not borrowing a clinician login.
No auto-submit. Analysis is OCR and a knowledge base, not a hosted LLM. Portals and API handoff are later, after real dental denials prove the loop.
