Pricing
There is no public download. ClaimMend does not go on staff workstations. We set up a dedicated machine, wire Dentrix or Eaglesoft, Dexis, Vyne, and email, then run the office from our admin portal. These figures are introductory and confirmed at the demo.
For offices with a predictable denial load.
For busier offices that do not want a meter.
Overage on Basic is a starting rate ($6 per denial over 100). We will confirm it at the demo. Third-party billing companies that take this work on often keep 30–40% of what they collect. ClaimMend is a flat service so the office keeps the claim.
How it is installed
You never download a zip and hope. We schedule the demo, then the install, then the integrations.
$1,495 one-time. We configure a dedicated mini PC, ship it, put ClaimMend on it, and manage it from our admin portal. Staff use it as a denial station. It is not mixed into a provider or front-desk login.
$995 one-time. If the office already has a spare machine that is not a staff PC, we can install there instead — still remote-managed. We will not put ClaimMend on computers people chart or check patients in on.
Vendor fees are separate from ClaimMend and subject to change. We quote them before you commit. Login credentials are often enough to start; a paid API is only billed if that office actually needs it.

| Eaglesoft | There is no practice-purchased API key. Patterson’s official API sits behind their vendor program (we enroll, not the office). Phase 1 can use a dedicated login plus open document/imaging folders. If an authorized API is required later, we quote it — Patterson does not publish a per-office key price. |
| Vyne & email | Your existing Vyne and inbox logins. We store them encrypted on the ClaimMend workstation and wire the watch/export path. No extra ClaimMend API fee. |
Bring PMS, imaging, Vyne, and a recent denial. We will recommend Basic or Pro and whether a shipped workstation makes sense.
